Day 5: Decision Day
Hi there! Today marked the last chapter on the topic of buying a house: The notary appointment. It started with a breakfast by the Atlantic, which I have really come to love. But...

Hello men and women!
I'm reporting in a bit late, I know. My apologies.
In the last few days, a lot has happened in my life, which may be rather boring for you, as it was more of an emotional matter.
This means, I have moved into my new home and have simply enjoyed being in my dream house.
It all started on the 23rd after the notary appointment. In the evening, Hermann invited me and we headed to Chapa Downtown. ;)
A great evening. Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos, as I was quite excited.
Hermann then officially handed over the house to me, and we had to say goodbye. Hermann flew back to Florida.
Now I had him in my pocket, the key to happiness. Four years of pondering (Since Corona, I'm completely fed up): Cyprus, Namibia, who knows. It was all nonsense.
Thanks to Milei! The communists are out of the way and this wonderful country is on the rise again. So the choice wasn't hard.
On the 24th, I actually drove to Chapa, Barrancas de San Benito to my villa. And as expected, no one was there. Hermann had flown to Florida. A strange feeling. Whatever.
Into the villa.
Hermann of course thought of everything. A bottle of champagne was ready in the fridge. (By the way, from the vineyard next door)
In the following days, not much happened anymore. I simply explored my new home and enjoyed myself.
This evening, I walked to 'Downtown' to eat. It's probably around 1.5 km. I need a bike.
And back to my beautiful 'Gated Community'.
I believe you can grow old here.
Come visit me sometime.
:)
