At the border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan

We found an old Russian radar station. And took some photos right away. Then a goat herder came riding on his donkey and explained to us that the area is restricted. No problem, the photos were already taken. He gestured towards a nearby intersection and said something like police.
