Shymkent in southern Kazakhstan

In Turkistan, the Silk Road reaches its destination. The Ahmed Yasawi Mausoleum and the underground Friday Mosque are World Heritage Sites and really worth seeing. And at some point, the amounts switch to dollars and the price drops, in the end, you pay a fraction. Or if you have enough time, not at all.
