Today was supposed to rain. But this morning it didn't look so bad after all. Since Tina's hip was bothering her more after yesterday, she decided to take the bus.
I walked to the beach first to buy a pasty there, but I was too early, they hadn't been delivered yet. So I decided to walk along the beach. It was soooo empty compared to the day before.
After the beach, I headed up towards Rinsey Head. Shortly after, I arrived at Wheal Prosper. I think I spotted the rock formation 'Bishop' or 'Camel' on Trewavas Head. The buildings of Wheal Trewavas were also filming locations in Poldark.
When I arrived in Porthleven at 3pm, there was luckily still an English breakfast. :-) Tina was waiting for me at the Harbour View Cafe.
Porthleven is particularly known as a photographic motif for its church tower, which defies the storms at the entrance to the harbour.
In the evening, we had dinner with our hosts Trish and Roger at the Harbour Inn. When we finished, the most beautiful sunset of my life was waiting for us outside. Soooo amazing...
We ended the evening at the Ship Inn. Unfortunately, Tina's hip was still not happy...
