At the foot of the Arenal and in the herb garden

After a short bus ride, we hiked through the Arenal National Park to the viewpoint today. We couldn't spot any snakes, which greatly relieved Marc.

Afterward, we visited a biological training center for local agriculture, where we learned the secrets of the native plant world. In the end, we got to try making sugarcane liquor and of course, tasting it.
