Well-rested, oats for breakfast, we set off for the next subway station and from there to the Natural History Museum. Perfect weather, blue skies, a light breeze, sunshine. The area in front of the museum, where visitors are guided through meandering paths, is thoughtfully designed like a prehistoric forest. The building itself makes you want to strain your neck, as you seek to discover and admire all the magnificent stone formations.
