Holmön
Holmön, Sweden
(12.06.) After the rain finally stopped around 3:00 PM, we untied the lines and set out again. With a fresh wind from behind, we made good progress.
At around 7:20 PM, we reached Holmön and were able to anchor here well protected.
The obligatory look at the weather report then surprised me greatly.
Suddenly, the expected light to moderate winds from the south for the coming days were exchanged for a strong storm from the north.
Tomorrow, Saturday, we will have no choice but to find a sheltered harbor where we can ride out the storm on Sunday and possibly Monday.
It's quite remarkable how quickly forecasts can change in this part of the Baltic Sea.
