Sperlonga ☀️☀️☀️🌩️

We are using the rainy day to drive a bit north. And we are in Sperlonga at the Agricamping. A nice campsite, unfortunately not at all suitable for dog running.

Sperlonga is a beautiful fishing village with many stairs and narrow alleyways. You can only get there on foot, not by car. A little further on is the Villa of Tiberius, the remnants of a summer villa. We visit the excavations and the museum. The remains of the historical figures were only found in the cave in 1957. Really impressive!

Back again, we have to climb what feels like 1000 steps. But the old town makes up for it with its views and charming alleys.

We grab a beer and realize that we have landed in a weekend hotspot. The coolest cars zoom by in seconds - sparkling clean with great rims and low-profile tires. A catwalk on four wheels.

And it DID NOT rain today!!!
