Highway 1 - Day 3 & 4

Day 3 had a lot of driving. Yeah it kinda sucks that Highway 1 is closed in Big Sure, but I can't change it. So I drove all the way up to Ragged Point. I stopped by the Sea Elephant Seals. Better stay with the wind in your back. The smell is not that intense then... ;)

When I went back to my car, there was this 'magic' hedge...

First sat a crow on the pole...

Then came this sassy young squirrel out of the hedge ....

Then a bunny and mother squirrel.... Something weird is going on in there! I'm pretty sure! XD

I turned in Ragged Point and when I went down, I spotted that pier in San Simeon. Let's take a picture I thought.... yes wet shoes again...

Before I drove down to Lompoc, my stay for the night, I found that old shed next to the street. Of course 'Private Property, do not trespass!'.....

I stayed in Lompoc for the night and got up very early today. I drove all the way down to LA. I stay in the Surf City Hostel at Hermosa Beach. What a Location!! It's next to beach in a great neighborhood.

The ride took longer than expected. There is a lot of traffic around Santa Barbara, but finnaly I made it.
