From Norddeich Mole to Leer

This morning we finally set off. Of course, only to Cologne Central Station at first. The sky was grey, but there was no rain forecasted. Then a few drops fell, but it didn't get really wet until we were already on the train. Lucky us. The train journey in the regional express with two transfers was unproblematic. It was even relatively empty until Münster. But it was never really crowded. We actually arrived on time in Norddeich Mole. The first leg to Leer was relatively uneventful. Unfortunately, the route was relatively long along a busy federal road, sometimes even without a bike path. But there was no alternative. A word about the weather. After the forecast had promised sunny weather for days, we started in Norddeich Mole with overcast skies. However, during the day there were increasing breaks in the clouds, so that in the end we had quite pleasant weather for cycling.
