From the Mountains to the Lowlands

Today, we had 275 km ahead of us.

The weather was as forecasted. Initially refreshing, it became increasingly hot throughout the day.

Standing at a traffic light in a town around noon felt like being in a sauna.

We reached our destination, the Forellenhof in Walsrode, early.

Our room was in the basement. The advantage was that the sun didn't reach it, making it cool accordingly.
