Today we will go via Finnsnes to Harstad. We cannot take the planned route to the Lofoten Islands. This morning it was decided to skip the Westfjord due to the storm, which still brings a lot of wind. Although we are lucky to follow behind the storm. Some Hurtigruten ships are less fortunate and have to wait in the ports for the storm to pass. In Harstad, we are allowed to participate in a photo workshop at Harstad Trondenes Church. Our guide will give us valuable tips. The Trondenes Church, an Evangelical Lutheran Church, is located on the Trondenes Peninsula about 3 kilometers north of Harstad. It is the northernmost medieval stone church in the world. The church was built between the 13th and 15th centuries, although the exact construction time is unknown.
