Today we are traveling according to plan from Harstad to Alta. Through beautifully freshly snow-covered landscapes. Especially with the full moon in the sky, a special atmosphere for great photos. Last night, we marveled at the northern lights between the clouds. Alta is a city in the Troms og Finnmark province. The city is located at the southern end of Altafjord at the mouth of the Alta River. Here we visit the Northern Lights Cathedral, which is the largest church in the northern Norwegian city of Alta. The sacred building of the Norwegian Church was built from 2011 to 2013 according to plans by Kolbjorn Jenssen in cooperation with Schmidt, Hammer and Lassen Architects, Aarhus, and was inaugurated on February 10, 2013, by Bishop Per Oskar Kjölaas in the presence of Crown Princess Mette-Marit and numerous representatives of public life.
