After a delicious breakfast, we will take the Norwegian train to the city of Bergen. Here we will visit the gingerbread exhibition. The largest gingerbread city in the world, known as Pepperkakebyen, is created annually from mid-November to the end of December in Bergen, Norway. Since 1991, kindergartens, schools, and businesses have built a miniature city made of real gingerbread, which includes over 2,000 buildings, including houses, churches, and castles.
