22_OHAKANE AND FOREST WALK

In our eternal search for a 'DAMN GOOD COFFEE', we found the small train station. Wow, what a nice café with 2 sweet Samoyed dogs and seating from an old chairlift.

After that, we walked through the forest, a smaller loop, but it's our rest day! Amazing atmosphere with cool trees, palm trees, and a babbling brook... viewed from above, the rapids look beautiful, hehe.

Afterwards, we went to another café; they usually close around 2 or 3 PM here in New Zealand, so we often arrived too late. At Utopia, we found both: coffee and carrot cake, mmmmh!
