Puebla de Don Fadrique is a locality and municipality in the northeastern part of the province of Granada, in Andalusia (Spain, Europe). It is part of the Huéscar region, a natural region (and tourist area) of the Altiplano de Granada and, since 2020, also of the territory of the Geopark of Granada (also known as the Geopark of the Quaternary North Valleys of Granada). It belongs to the judicial district of Huéscar, the judicial district nº 8 of the province of Granada, and is also part of the association of municipalities of the Huéscar region.

Since 2020, Puebla de Don Fadrique is one of the Magical Towns of Spain due to its tourist quality, its 'magical' places and corners, and its heritage and cultural beauty (in the same Huéscar region, Orce is also a Magical Town of Spain).

According to INE data from 2023, it has a population of 2207 inhabitants and an area of 523.38 km² (it is the largest municipality in the entire Huéscar region; it is larger than the entire Principality of Andorra). The poblense (or poblato) municipality is divided between the town of Puebla de Don Fadrique (the municipal capital), the annex (hamlet or village) of Almaciles (famous for its beautiful Almaciles Bridge), and several other annexes (hamlets or villages) scattered throughout the municipal territory.

The beautiful parish church of Puebla de Don Fadrique, with cathedral-like dimensions, is dedicated to Santa María de la Quinta Angustia; it was built in the 16th century and is in the Renaissance style (since 2010 it is a National Historic-Artistic Monument). The patrons of Puebla de Don Fadrique (and the neighboring town of Huéscar) are the Holy Martyrs Alodía and Nunilón, who are dearly loved and revered by all the local residents. Their patron saint festivities (popularly known as the Feasts of Receiving the Saints), in honor of the Holy Martyrs Alodía and Nunilón, are celebrated around May 17. Additionally, the Farewell Festivals for the Saints are celebrated around June 28, as well as the spectacular Festivals of Easter, Souls, Innocents and Cascaborras around December 25 (festivals declared of Andalusian Tourist Interest).
