We took a flight from Beijing to Zhangjiajie, which is China's largest national park. This city is located quite centrally in China and offers the most beautiful nature. On the first day, we just explored the area, but I still had some virus in my body.

As we were recovering a bit, we visited the Yellow Dragon Cave, which was really beautiful, but a bit too flashy and blingy. The food was still a bit too different, but we found a place with Western food that tasted good and was close by.

On day three, we visited the famous mountains that inspired the Avatar movies. This is the most stunning nature we have seen. The trip began with a good amount of rain and thunder, but that was only good as it created a beautiful fog between the over 200-meter-high stone pillars. On this trip, we also got to take the highest outdoor elevator in the world, and a really long cable car down the mountains.

On day four, we went to a Chinese show, which was surprisingly good. They filled the stage with water, used lasers, and created a great story.

On day five, we visited the world's largest glass bridge, which goes over a gorge at 260 meters high. Before we went up on the bridge, Miriam chose to bungee jump from it. Bastian was a great cameraman, and Miriam loved it, even though it was scary. After that, we explored the natural area.

Then it was off to the last stop - Shanghai
