The last day in Hawaii, at sunrise I move the rental car, the last available spot near the hotel was yesterday by a construction site and must be free again by 06:30. We use the morning for a final outing to the southeastern tip of the island. At one viewpoint, the waves push water through a hole in the rocks, and a small fountain rises time and again. The final hike takes us up a hill, with a lighthouse and magnificent views, then we must head back. At noon, we check out, but leave our luggage at the hotel and enjoy another 3 hours of beach vacation, which means baking in the sun and then cooling off in the sea. A nice conclusion to this brief visit.
