The Call of Scotland

On Friday, the long-planned journey to Scotland finally begins. In the afternoon, the travel group, consisting of booking master Patrick, driving specialist Philipp, restaurant critic Sara, and cultural officer (and author) Sabrina, will meet at Düsseldorf Airport to catch a flight to Edinburgh at around 6:00 PM. We will stay there until Monday and explore this beautiful city, which is over 900 years old. On Monday, we will then take a rental car to the Highlands to our Airbnb near Loch Ness. From there, we will spend a week exploring the area from Inverness to the Isle of Skye.

I will report on our experiences and adventures during this time here. And if you don't hear from us for a while, it might be that we have landed in another time with the fairy folk or through magical stones.
