Studio Tour & Griffith Observatory

Los Angeles is the grand finale of our tour. We are staying in Hollywood and have several exciting days ahead of us. After our first night in Los Angeles, we start the day with a highlight: the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. Just entering the studios excites us - especially thrilling is the visit to the sets of “The Big Bang Theory,” where we can sit on Sheldon’s couch and see the always-closed elevator, as well as the “Friends” set with the Central Perk Café. The “Harry Potter” set with the talking hat and potion brewing was especially thrilling for our son. During the tour, we pass numerous studios - when the lights mounted outside are blinking, it means: filming is currently in progress here. In fact, during our visit, they are filming “The Pitt” and “Shrinking.” After the tour, we continue to the Griffith Observatory, which sits high above the city on a hill. There, we enjoy the breathtaking view of the city and the Hollywood Sign. Afterwards, we head back to the hotel on Hollywood Boulevard for a cool down at the pool.
