LEGOLAND California

Today we continue to LEGOLAND California in Carlsbad. According to the weather forecast, we, who have now become accustomed to desert heat, can expect chilly 24 degrees. Fortunately, the sun is with us and we won't be freezing. Americans love their theme parks, but there are fewer people than we expected.

In Miniland USA, we can once again visit numerous sights that we have already seen in person in places like San Francisco or Las Vegas, some built from several hundred thousand bricks. These include Lombard Street, the Transamerica Pyramid, Coit Tower, Pier 39 with its sea lions, and the Venetian. The attractions are themed around various Lego themes, and the park is beautifully designed overall. There are 4D movies, workshops, swap meets for minifigures, and a fun Lego parade. In the Ferrari Build & Race Zone, we even discovered an entry on Niki Lauda along with a photo.
