Holiday Experience

The holidays started in El Cabrero and Marbella. Since I live in Marbella, the parade passed right in front of my door. The streets were closed and there was an uncountable amount of people waiting in the middle of the street to see the dance of the troupes and the queens representing each neighborhood of the city. The artists were accompanied by drums and other instruments. During the November holidays, people laugh, sing, throw paint, and cheer for the queens representing their neighborhoods. Since many citizens were wearing t-shirts printed with coastal phrases, we also decided to make our own printed shirts and walk the streets of the city with them. Besides being able to enjoy the main attraction which was the parade, we were able to enjoy a lot of concerts and parties during the night.
