Take 6 Oslo

It is just before 6 p.m. and we are sitting right at the front of the bridge on deck 18, listening to the captain's final words about setting off and heading towards Oslo Fjord.

We had a wonderful day in Oslo and are now looking forward to a lovely evening. Oslo offered us 14 degrees and sunshine today. In the morning we were able to experience a sister reunion with Aida Diva in Oslo when it left the harbor shortly before 8:30 a.m. and every ship clapped loudly. It's always nice to meet up with the other ships of the shipping company, but unfortunately only once this time.

In Oslo we visited Vigeland Park, the new harbor and the town hall.

The men did a final jog towards the opera and Katrin really wanted to jump into the ice-cold fjord, but then gave up halfway through.

This evening we'll have to look again for somewhere nice to eat and have a drink, the choice is quite large.

The departure was somehow magical today, we sat on the front deck with an aperitif and watched it. One last time sailing away and in wonderful weather. Unfortunately, as darkness fell quickly, we were only able to admire the Oslofjord for a short time.

Tomorrow is a sea day and we will once again enjoy the ship to the fullest.
