Tayrona III + return flight

Day 9

Today was also the last day in Tayrona National Park. Early in the morning we were actually able to see the sunrise this time. We met the older German couple we had met the night before. Immediately afterwards we set off on a hike without breakfast, with a beautiful view of the sea and a spiritual viewing platform. Right at the beginning of the hiking trail we saw a Chigüiro, a native animal that can be compared more or less to the German wild boar. The route was very sweaty with high humidity and hot temperatures and steep climbs. After almost 4 hours we finally reached civilization again and after another adventurous bus ride we cooled down in a shopping center and had something to eat before heading to the airport. Here you can simply stop the buses on the street, you just have to look out for the signs in the windshield to see where they are going. The return flight took us back to Bogota, where Henning's Till was already waiting for us. Back at the Díaz house, we ate another pizza and washed our clothes for the next day, when we would be heading to Leticia, the Colombian capital of the rainforest.
