Day 10

Another early start to the day, the flight to Leticia took off at 09:00. In Colombia, due to bad roads and long distances, flying is the best transport option. The first thing to see in the largest city in the rainforest in Colombia was a protest by the Tuk-Tuk drivers, but we were still able to take two drivers who took us to try on the rubber boots and pay for the Amazon tour, and finally to the accommodation. Afterwards, we explored the city and had faithful dogs as companions. We prepared a bit for the tour, had a few beers, and ate well. There isn't much more to do in the city, which doesn't stand out for its beauty, but there is always lots going on and it is located at the tri-border area with Peru and Brazil!
