La Calera / San Andres

On the way back from the accommodation and after a somewhat bumpy check-out, I was able to put my horse whispering skills to the test and lure the horse off the road. Today's agenda included a flight to the Colombian Caribbean island of San Andres. The island is close to Nicaragua, but still belongs to Colombia, as the inhabitants want to belong to a country that values the environment.

Unfortunately, Marius was unable to take the flight due to a middle ear infection. After arriving in tropical temperatures, we cooked and had a cold drink or two.
