Day 8

This morning we got up really early to watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, after a starry night, the sky was just as cloudy as the previous evening. After a short power nap, we went to breakfast and then along the jungle and beach route to the next camp. We changed our mind at short notice because we would have had to leave the park for the initially planned accommodation, unfortunately the boat wasn't docked there and there was simply no route across the park on foot. We didn't want to use the numerous horses as a means of transport, it looked as if they weren't treated well. So we walked back and forth a bit in the region, were able to enjoy the day with our new acquaintance and relax on various beaches, where we unfortunately lost Marius' frisbee to the sea. A total recommendation are the coconuts, from which you can drink coconut water and then eat the pulp. A local insider: sprouted coconuts! Don't forget to mention the nice Croatian woman who lives in Austria and Colombia with her Colombian husband and children and is currently doing a workaway in the park and showing us an exciting way of life. In the evening after a few beers we went back to one Hammock to sleep in, which was significantly more comfortable that night.
