With motorcycle expert THL, a day on the bike was a must. After an unhealthy breakfast of empanadas with jugo and the tastiest coffee in Colombia so far, we went to the motorcycle rental shop and then straight to the bus terminal to book the night bus to Bogota for the next evening. After initially driving on good roads, we drove a lot off-road. After initially getting a little lost, we finally arrived at the Mecando waterfall. Then we went to Jordan, one of the oldest villages in Colombia. The most spectacular thing in town was definitely the bridge, which is over 170 years old. The wild ride continued to Barichara, a mountain village that really exudes charm and is taken over by a Harley Davidsson motorcycle gang. We then drove a bit off-road before we were able to redeem a voucher at the Mexican restaurant and finally arrived exhausted at the hostel.
