Today, we just want to stroll through Barcelona a bit and finish off by spending some time at the beach.
A regular shuttle bus from the port operator runs from the cruise terminal to the bus parking lot in close proximity to the Columbus Statue. The day pass costs €4.50. With the cruise line's shuttle, you arrive at the same destination a bit faster because it does not stop at other terminals, but it costs double the price.

We head over La Rambla to the market hall. I am drawn to market halls in every city. It’s part of the strolling experience.

We have seen enough 😄 and take the metro to the Sagrada Familia. The stop is located on La Rambla, close to the market hall. You can easily get single tickets or 10-packs from the machine. Payment by credit card was also possible.

We continue through the streets of Barcelona. You can find something interesting at every street corner.

Next, we head towards the beach. Here we will spend some more time before walking and taking the bus back to the ship.
