What has accumulated during our preparations and hopefully finds its place in the trailer, trunk, or on the roof ;-)
Overnight StayAs accommodation, besides our trailer, there will be a rear tent on the trailer as well as a spacious 5-person tent. Additionally, we have a small 2-person tent on the roof rack for any spontaneous overnight stays during our trips. For cold nights, we have down sleeping bags suitable for temperatures around freezing (limit -4), plus a comfortable mattress for the trailer and inflatable mattresses for the trips. Hot water bottles complete the setup.
Battery lamps, camping toilets, tarpaulins, pegs, hammers, ropes, and cords…
Coffee & CookingTo start the day, we have our small Bialetti suitcase with space for a small gas burner, a Comandante coffee grinder, a Bialetti moka pot, and our beloved MUKKA along with the required cups and spoons.
For meals, there is a practical pot set, two additional gas burners, and a 1.5l fire kettle from Petromax that can be operated with a gas flame or traditional fire (wood, newspaper, pinecones, etc.). Cutlery, dishes, a collapsible sink, various storage containers, a cooler bag that can be powered by a power bank, and a practical aluminum table with stools are essential. Instant soups, canned goods, whole grain bread, pasta, lentils, tea & coffee
Outdoor Gear
From trekking pants to rain ponchos, waders to neoprene socks, from hot pot hats to surf ponchos, flying nets to sunglasses, wool socks and long underwear, gloves and motorcycle helmets, trekking poles, multi-tools, compass, GPS tracker…
For the trips, we have enough canister capacity with 2x20l for fuel and 1x18l for water, as well as a 10l diesel canister for the parking heater.
