This APP provides a great overview of the condition, including any disturbances of the roads in Iceland, including the F-roads; additionally, you can access webcams and get a weather report.

SafeTravel

A fantastic app for tours whether by car or hiking; here you will find weather information and road conditions; additionally, there is a reporting function that allows you to transmit your GPS data at the start of a journey or hike, or in case of emergency, your current location. This information is sent as a text message to the emergency services 112.

Road Guide

An interactive map that shows sights, accommodations, cultural spots, food & drink, etc., providing additional information 👍
