Our little Sputnik (Suzuki)

I think it makes sense to dedicate a small area to the vehicles to provide some transparency during the preparation phase and to bring together various experiences.

In the first threads, we have already described the reasons for choosing the Suzuki and initial adjustments. In recent days, we have successfully installed our new suspension, Trailmaster Stage II (orange), gaining 35mm of ground clearance and water depth, while also completing various visual inspections and service tasks. All transmissions and the engine received an oil service, air filters, spark plugs, and coolant were renewed, all suspension bushings and axle boots received a small treatment with silicone oil, the electrical system for the trailer was checked, and the socket was replaced and positioned slightly higher. Two intensive days with my favorite mechanic, my son Jens 😉

Finally, after clarifying a printing error in the ABE, the professionally correct installation of the Trailmaster II suspension has been confirmed and registered by the TÜV.

Currently, we are working on a solution for a spare can holder in the area of the spare tire.
