Finally, after a lot of hassle, my car is ready to go. The last dishwasher is running and the luggage is packed, except for the laptop etc. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. Well, we almost forgot that Monday is a public holiday. So I better take some bread out of the freezer so we don't starve. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also packed. Otherwise, I am experienced in chaos and problems are there to be solved.
Norbert, my dear neighbor, is instructed in taking care of the cats and plants. Thank you Norbert for doing it.
I will leave at half past six and pick up my friends. We hope not to get into too much traffic, because our ferry leaves at 4:30 p.m. You can read about what we experience on the trip in the next blog entry.
