Today, we again held a connoisseur day. It's going really well here in Jersey. The weather was also just right for it.

First, we headed to the lavender farm. You can guess it, everything here revolves around lavender.

Oh really?!💡

Lavender fields (unfortunately no longer or not yet) in full bloom and a distillery for oil extraction. Of course, there’s a shop with everything a lavender lover desires and delicious coffee.

There were lavender tea, lavender scones, and shortbread with, exactly!

Everything without lavender is forbidden. 🚫

A walk led us to the quite popular 'Poplars Tearoom'. Everything is homemade 😍🫖🍰

With our favorite means of transportation, we then returned to indulge in more delicious offerings from the bay at Gorey harbor.

Freshness doesn't get better than this!🦪

A gourmet day at its finest.
