A follow-up...🤗

As our flight home doesn't leave until 5:05 PM, we took another trip to the eastern part of the island to St. Catherine's.➡️

A never-ending pier into the sea, originally intended to be a harbor for the navy, but now it's a fishing spot.

One more delicious Jersey soft serve ice cream 🍦and then we headed back to the hotel. Grabbed our bags and off to the bus station. Two ciders at Liberation Square and then route 15 to the airport.🫩

Thus, two wonderful weeks of vacation come to an end.

We experienced Jersey with all our senses and we really liked it.

We were impressed by the diversity of the coasts. West coast vibes in St. Quen🌅, the wild, beautiful, and rugged north🏞, the beaches and coves in the south🏝 and finally the almost dreamy east.🌊 In between is the 'capital' St. Helier and the charming fishing villages.

All garnished with great food🍤🦪 and friendly people but very few tourists.🤫

Plus, a well-functioning public transport system that almost invites you to leisurely explore the island. 🥰
