Bay,Beach,Bunker,Bye🇯🇪

Our last full day🥺 on this beautiful island started with a delicious breakfast at 'Good Egg', it’s incredible how patiently the Brits stand in line.🥱

But it really is worth it there.😋

After a short walk, we took the bus to Portelet Bay. 

We actually hadn't been there before. A bit secluded on the south coast, but incredibly beautiful. Crystal clear water.  

After a quick dip in the turquoise water, we headed over to 'Faulkners Fisherie'. 

An old Wehrmacht bunker that now hosts a fishery along with seafood BBQ.

What a meaningful repurposing.

Great spot at the end of the beach with fresh mussels, oysters, and everything that a seafood lover's heart desires, freshly grilled.  Really cool and also tasty. 

Only the whelks, we had to leave for the seagulls. 🤢

In the stunning St. Quens Bay, we strolled around and enjoyed the sea, beach, and atmosphere.🥰

Dinner today at our regular pub.

A great island from which we sadly have to say goodbye tomorrow. However, the flight is not until 5:05 PM🥳
