After being on my feet all day today and then watching the light show from Kowloon in Hong Kong in the evening, I felt like something warming... (maybe I shouldn't have had a cold beer during the light show...)

When you're freezing, everyone surely remembers their mother's orphaned sayings: "Child, if you're cold, eat a hot soup!"

So that's what I did. Off to the nearest soup bar around the corner from the hotel!

As I ate the soup, I looked enviously at the plate of the man in a suit sitting next to me... It looked damn delicious what he had. Quick inquiry with him: Noodles with a pig's trotter ragout...

Next time I'll order that! For sure!
