14.03.2018 - Cashier #033 TripAdvisor Rank #1!?!

After spending half the day at the hot springs and then racing down the mountain with the toboggan slide in the late afternoon, I was in the mood for something hearty.

Yesterday, I had already looked up the restaurants on TripAdvisor. The Factory Smokehouse was ranked #1.

On the way to the Skyline Bahn, I passed by The Factory Smokehouse. And I was craving ribs...

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and didn't have much time to look at the menu, so I just ordered some ribs and a beer.

You can tell by the customers that the place is ranked #1 on TripAdvisor! Very colorful, lots of Japanese people.

However, you can't tell that by the place itself. It's a stark contrast to Urban Bistro yesterday.

Sometimes I can't understand the reviews on TripAdvisor. It can't be the food, and it's certainly not the ambiance.
