Mo. 27.6.: - Edmonton - we're celebrating a birthday

Doug and Lucille have prepared a belated birthday surprise. This way, we can celebrate Karen's 80th birthday together. Lucille has baked a typical Canadian cake and, of course, the sparklers are not missing. The kids also get typical Canadian souvenirs (after all, it's Canada Day on July 1st).
Afterwards, we wanted to spend a relaxed time at the West Edmonton Mall. Unfortunately, many other people had the same idea - the water park, food area, and Galaxy Land were packed! The kids found their quiet corner in the big Lego shop.
In the evening, we enjoyed delicious crispy chicken wings together with Karen.

So nice to share Karen’s birthday with you! We love the picture of the flags and socks. We loved that Clemens loved the flags and they both liked their socks. I think that relaxing and West Edmonton Mall aren’t synonymous! At least for me that would be the case.
