Seychelles 2023 - Part 1: La Digue

Day 1

After our flight to the main island Mahe, we continued to La Digue by ferry. La Digue is the smallest of the three main islands. Our hotel is located right on the beach and is surrounded by lush vegetation.

Day 2

We spent today on the southwest coast of the islands. The Anse Source d'Argent is a dream beach as you would expect from a book. The area is known for its numerous granite rocks, which are about 700 million years old. The many small bays invite you to enjoy the beach, the sea and the sun.

Day 3

La Digue, with its nearly 10 km², is so small that cycling is the main means of transportation. So we cycle through the island and explore the east coast today.

Afterwards, a sweaty hike begins, passing dreamy beaches and through dense vegetation.

Day 4

With such beautiful beaches and our lovely little hotel, you can also just do nothing during the day. 😇😎🌴
