9th day from Karlsruhe to Bad Kreuznach

Done it! After 123 kilometers to Strasbourg, another 10 km longer and thus the current longest stage. After a few complications with the navigation through the city center of Karlsruhe, I took detours on the federal road. From there I could ride more or less relaxed on bike paths. The interesting part was crossing the Rhine by ship. Without warning, the storm at noon was probably in the right place at the right time and was able to take shelter for a break. In rain gear, I continued with light rain through the villages to the destination. After 128 kilometers, already thinking about the hotel room, the navigation system pulled out all its tricks again with 'bike routes' and sent me through the depths of the forest with 150 meters of altitude.

Bad Kreuznach is a spa town in Rhineland-Palatinate with almost 150,000 inhabitants.
