Day 3: from Luxembourg to Château-Salins

Stage 3 has been reached. With only 1800 meters of elevation gain, it's almost a flat stage.

In the beginning, we went downhill a lot towards France and the weather was pleasant despite the clear sky. We had a lunch break in Metz. After that, it was just a straight route to the destination. The highest temperature was shortly after the break at 40 degrees. However, we managed to keep it under control with plenty of food and drinks.

Château-Salins is a small town with only 2500 inhabitants. No one here speaks English.
