In Switzerland, bogged down, off to Portugal
After 2 months in Switzerland, I'm back on the road :)

The last few weeks have taken my so-called Europe journey to a whole new level. I have experienced so much internally, encountered numerous boundaries, recognized and examined many limitations, fears, beliefs, insecurities, and facets of myself. These are important steps to better understand myself, work on my shadows, and look inward to be open to another level of this human experience.
Suddenly, I find myself in Tamera.
Officially, I am there for the olive harvest, but I have placed no expectations on the rest of the experiences I might have there. Suddenly, I am in a group of people being guided through a two-week journey by wonderful facilitators. Suddenly, I am allowed to confront many issues that I had previously blind spots about. Because they are too painful, because I feel too powerless to deal with them. Suddenly, I am prompted to look at it. To look at the suffering, injustice, and brutality in this world. To see how wars, exploitation of nature, and the wealthy are destroying our beautiful world and love. Separation, fear, and dependency, trapped in a system designed for more, faster, further. Where human needs and health have no place, where nature and animals are merely tools. Where everything is governed by the laws of power and money.
That hurts
Not turning a blind eye to this takes a lot of courage; I feel a deep sadness, powerlessness, helplessness, and even hopelessness. I would love to make a difference in this world, but with all these injustices, I am still searching for the place where I can begin.
It starts with me and ends with us
At the same time, we were shown that all these significant injustices once began with us. When we started living in groups where relationships, friendships, but also competition and envy developed.
Tamera invites us to start by looking at ourselves first. To examine our relationships, our patterns, our beliefs. And not each of us individually, but within a collective body. Overcoming conflicts, fears, and boundaries, with the support of the group.

And no topic is left untouched. Tamera places great importance on working on one's own relationship with love and sexuality. Learn to live in truth, learn to navigate life without lies. And this doesn't mean there won't be pain; it means to honor the pain. Honoring the pain is one of the stages of
