Where is Emma?
Arrival at the Schweibenalp and the first days there. An igloo in white.

I’m reaching out from my little and big bubble up here on the Alp. The days are passing and I am so grateful to experience each one consciously. Slowly, some routine and everyday life are returning, I feel increasingly comfortable here and allow myself more and more to just be myself. Sometimes it is also hard to retreat here and be completely for myself.
What goes on?
Inner change and transformation are present here every day. No day is like the other. It’s like a quick run-through of all old feelings, emotions, behavior patterns, and beliefs. Sentences like, I am not good enough, I don’t belong here, nobody likes me, I am an outsider, and I have to adapt to be loved come to the surface very clearly.
I am allowed to explore the source of these words, to perceive and acknowledge them. Letting go of them is a lifelong task. It is beautiful to be able to process all of this here in this place, to have the support and understanding of the community, and to feel held, safe, and accepted.
Right now, I’m reminded of the sentences from the old Hawaiian forgiveness ritual Hooponopono.
I’M SORRY
I FORGIVE YOU
THANK YOU
I LOVE YOU
I let them resonate deeply in my heart.
With this “mantra” I can generate compassion and forgiveness for myself and in my relationships with other people in my life. It helps me to heal the shadow parts within me.
What's next?
Today I have exactly one week left here at Schweibenalp. Then it will be on to the next stage of this adventure.
I look forward to enjoying the last days perhaps around the campfire, in the sauna, bathing in the Gießbach, and walking with everyone here, and to carrying out a beautiful blessing ritual for Emma.
I’ve spent my free days here with some trips to the “real” world and hiking. I visited Lauterbrunnen, Thun, and Brienz and hiked up the Hograt alone, where I had a beautiful view of the Schweibenalp and Lake Brienz. From this beautiful spot here, you can directly immerse yourself in the stunning mountain landscape.
More impressions in the pictures.
Until next time...
Namaste & love goes out.
