Idyll at Lake Hüttwil

Tell your kids: Hey, we're going for a walk without breakfast on Easter Monday for 1-2 hours to an idyllic lake. Protests would be guaranteed. But: tomorrow we are going to a lake with Stefan, Renate, Lisa, and Aliya: wide agreement. So we walked for more than an hour around the truly beautiful Lake Hüttwil. Very peaceful, idyllic, few people, great paths and piers. Although a bit slippery, right Rahel 🤪.

We briefly enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake from the tower and then dove into the picnic breakfast. Even with fresh coffee.

With full bellies, then it was action: games, hairstyles, splashing, and sliding as much as possible. The little ones ended up soaking wet in the 9-degree cold water. But all happy and satisfied 😊
