Easter
It is Easter Sunday and time for brunch. Everyone gets dressed up, bakes, decorates, snacks, runs errands, and then fills their bellies. After the meal, it's gift frenzy time....

Okay, what's the deal with holidays exactly?! Sleeping in, doing nothing, and finding oneself? Then we might have misunderstood something. Our first week of vacation is anything but relaxed. Meticulously organized, and even Dad has to come home for lunch to cook 😬. Nana goes bouldering, Aya has soccer camp. But before that, she helps out with the forest fun and proves her calling as a teacher once again (Mom's heart is already bleeding a little. Child, please learn another profession 😢. But then again, where there's a calling, there should also be a way). A. and I offer a full week's forest fun. Quite smooth for the participants, but for the little ones on both sides, it’s more challenging. Try explaining to a 2 1/2-year-old Mama's boy that Mama is now the leader and they can't balance on the log with her 10 times. The older ones get lost in the activity, but watch out when fatigue sets in. Everything went perfectly, and the first mothers were already asking for a repeat next spring 🤪.
