An Evening with Colleagues

The father of my children seems to still be feeling the aftereffects of the perfect wedding in Italy, as he suddenly comes up with the idea to spend an evening at the villa by the lake. Okayyyy, a bit fancy? On the condition that it isn't a date, I agreed.

It was truly a lovely evening; we didn't argue even once (which was otherwise mandatory in past outings), and the restaurant was less about food production, more about a wow experience! Really amazing.

Kids well taken care of at home with their godmother. Pizza, vanilla pudding, and lots of TV 🤣. 3 out of 4 still awake when we returned at 11:20 PM, but everyone had a good time. The smallest mouse then caught up on her separate hours and just stayed up for an additional hour 😜
