Hello everyone,
Another week has passed – and this Sunday is a very special one: It's Mother's Day!
Mom, if you’re reading this – I love you endlessly and wish you a wonderful Mother's Day from the bottom of my heart! 🌷💖
In fact, the week was relatively quiet overall, but there were still a few special moments that I'd like to share with you.
Monday with royal parade & Red Arrows
Since Monday was a public holiday in the United Kingdom, I seized the opportunity to attend the big parade. It was a true spectacle – seeing the royal family live was an impressive experience. The Red Arrows, flying in formation over London while painting the sky with colored smoke, were particularly fascinating. It was a goosebumps moment that I am sure I will not forget anytime soon.
Scientific setbacks – and new plans
Unfortunately, things didn’t go smoothly in the lab this week. The new cell cultures we set up just wouldn't grow as planned – the classic
