Day 3: Dillingen - Vohburg

After a great breakfast in the guest house, we set off at 8am sharp towards Donauwörth. My dad was due to arrive by train at around 10am and I still had 40km to go. Thanks to the DB, I had to wait about an hour in Donauwörth but then I had my sleeping bag! After a quick visit to a café with my dad, we continued on. It looked like rain all day today but luckily nothing fell apart from a few drops. After short breaks in Neuburg and Ingolstadt, I reached my destination Vohburg shortly after 4pm. There is a public camping area with free sanitary facilities. I have yet to find out how good the shower is. At the moment I am sitting right by the Danube, having a snack and treating myself to an after-work beer.
