To test our caravan on a longer journey, this year we went on a road trip to Sweden.
On the first day, we arrived by ferry from Travemünde to Malmö (about 10 hours of overnight travel) and were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the ferry. Arriving in Malmö at 7:30 AM, we drove for about 30 minutes to a picnic spot to meet a friend of ours (who is traveling in his T3 bus). Since there wasn't much space at the picnic spot, we drove a bit further and had breakfast together.
Together with our buddy Jesse and his companion Gina, we went to the Falsterbo Peninsula where we strolled along the beach and then went for a huge soft serve ice cream.
The two had already spent the last few days staying in Rydebäck (a free overnight spot at the beach). We spent a night together at this spot, which offered toilets and a beach shower. In the morning, we even went for a swim in the sea :-).
